Kupuna Dinner 2020

An annual event to honor our Kupuna (elders). We recognize that we need our Kupuna the guidance and lessons they teach are invaluable to a well and resilient community. The night is an event that our Kupuna look forward to throughout the year. We use many of MRC programs, other community partners, mentorship programs and local businesses in this effort of honor and connection of our elders lives and stories. The night is full of farm to table grommet sit down plated dinner served by local youth, door prizes donated by local Kohala and big island busi- nesses, live music from local musicians and luau provided by a Luau dancer. This event is or- ganized and held at Makapala Retreat Center.

Due to Covid, we will be changing the look of Kupuna Dinner, but not the heart. Updates to follow.
