Makapala Stories – Jonas

Aloha my name is Jonas Mahoe and I’m a full time missionary.  Amongst traveling and other things I volunteer at a Christian retreat center in Kohala called Makapala.  I help yearly with children & teen camps as well as bringing my own youth with fellow team members to enjoy all what Makapala offers.  I use a wheelchair to go everywhere and to do everything except to go up & down stairs.  To help me continue to serve more effectively, the Makapala staff and I are asking for generous donors to support us financially to build a new ramp.  The ramp will enable me to join others in prayer, worship and fellowship as well as giving me access to lodging purposes and the ability to use the newly renovated handicapped bathroom with shower.  Without this ramp, I will be stuck outside with the rain and mud.  I’m donating $100.00 towards this project and believing in faith for the rest.  Join me in prayer and give as God leads you.  Together we can meet our goal with a brand new ramp that will serve me and others for many years to come, right here at Makapala.  God Bless, Jonas
